Passing target: 16 correct signs and 16 correct rules (TLA practice targets)
When two vehicles arrive at a four-way stop intersection at the same time, who has the right-of-way?
Blue car A approaches from the west and silver car B from the south at a four-way stop. Both are behind their stop lines. Their simultaneous complete stops are a stated condition.
Correct answer: The vehicle approaching from the right
Why
At an intersection with stop signs at all corners, the first vehicle to come to a complete stop should go first. If two vehicles arrive and stop at the same time, the vehicle on the left must yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
