Traffic SignsStandalone practice
What does this warning sign tell you to expect ahead?
Correct answer: A school bus may be stopped ahead to load or unload children
Why
The sign warns of a school-bus stop ahead, where a bus may load or unload children. Reduce speed as needed, watch carefully and be prepared to stop. It does not mean a bus is present at that moment. If a school bus is displaying flashing red lights, apply PEI’s school-bus stop rule; the warning sign itself is different from those active lights.
