At 60 mph, your left front tire blows out, and the car pulls hard to the left. What should you do?
Correct answer: Grip the wheel firmly, keep the car straight, and let it slow down
Why
A blowout is a fast loss of air from a tire. A front blowout pulls the car sharply toward the side of the flat tire, and a rear blowout makes the car wobble, shake and pull a little. After you stop off the road with your flashers on, have the tire changed and replaced before you drive on.
