Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
You are stopped at the stop line in the lane under this sign. You now see that you want to go straight, and cars fill the lane to your right. When your light turns green, what should you do?

Correct answer: Turn left as the lane requires, then find a route back
Why
Lane-use signs and arrows tell you which moves each lane allows, and you must obey them. Look for them well before the intersection, so that you can move into the correct lane while you still have time and space. A late lane change, or a straight move from a turn lane, can cause a side-impact crash with the vehicles next to you.
