The left headlight of your car has burned out. The right headlight still works on both low and high beam. What does Utah's equipment rule require?
Correct answer: At least two working white headlights, one on each side of the front of the car
Why
Two headlights, one on each side, show other drivers the width and position of your car at night. The manual also says that headlights must be white, must light the road 350 feet ahead on high beam and 100 feet on low beam, and that the car must have a high-beam indicator. Replace a burned-out bulb as soon as you can.
