Traffic Signals & Road MarkingsStandalone practice
You are in a left-turn lane on a two-way street, and this signal is lit for your lane. What does it mean?

Correct answer: Do not turn left; stop and wait until a signal allows the turn.
Why
A red arrow means no turn in the direction it points. Stop at the stop line or crosswalk and wait until a green arrow or other signal allows the turn. Wyoming law allows a turn on red after a stop only for a right turn, or for a left turn from a one-way street onto a one-way street, and never where a sign prohibits it.
