Traffic Signals & Road MarkingsStandalone practice
This signal faces you at an intersection. You want to turn right, and no sign prohibits the turn. What must you do?

Correct answer: Stop at the stop line, yield to people and traffic, and then turn right
Why
At a steady red light, stop at the stop line or, if there is none, before the crosswalk or the intersection, and stay stopped until a green light. Unless a sign prohibits it, you may turn right after the stop and after you yield to people and other traffic. You may also turn left from a one-way street onto another one-way street in the same way. Always check the crosswalk before you turn, because people on foot can be hard to see.
