Passing target: 80% (24/30)
You pulled to the right curb and stopped for a fire truck with its siren on and lights flashing. The fire truck has just passed you. What should you do next?
Correct answer: Stay stopped and watch for more emergency vehicles before you pull out.
Why
When an emergency vehicle comes with its siren or flashing lights, pull as close as possible to the right edge or curb, clear of any intersection, and stop with your foot on the brake. Stay stopped until it has passed, and watch for other emergency vehicles before you pull back into traffic. Wyoming law also does not allow you to follow a fire truck that answers an alarm closer than 500 feet, or to stop within 500 feet of one that has stopped for an alarm.
