Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
Before moving a parked car into traffic on a public road, how long must you signal continuously?
Correct answer: At least five seconds
Why
Idaho requires at least five seconds of continuous signaling before moving from a parked position. Check mirrors and blind spots, yield to traffic, and move only when safe. The ordinary moving-turn rule of 100 feet is not the parked-position timing rule.
