Jess holds a Class O license with no other class or endorsement. Which vehicle may she legally drive on Nebraska roads?
Correct answer: A moped, or a three-wheeled autocycle
Why
An autocycle has three wheels, a steering wheel and pedals, and a seat that you do not straddle, and Nebraska does not count it as a motorcycle for licensing. The Class O drive test cannot be taken in an autocycle. To ride a motorcycle, you need a Class M license or endorsement, which has its own tests or an approved safety course.
