Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
You want to stop for two minutes to pick up a take-out order. The only empty space has this sign. Your car has no disability license plate or placard. What does the law say?

Correct answer: You may not park or leave the car standing there, even for a short time.
Why
The law also covers the striped access aisle beside the space, which wheelchair users need to get in and out. A placard gives parking rights only when a person who qualifies uses it. The sign must state the maximum penalty for parking there without the right to do so.
