What does the shown green left arrow together with a circular green light mean?

Correct answer: You may turn left, go straight or turn right from the proper lane
Why
This is an advanced green. From the proper lane you may turn left, go straight or turn right while oncoming traffic faces red. Obey signs and applicable lane signals, and still yield to traffic and pedestrians lawfully in your path. A flashing circular green is another Ontario advanced-green form.
