Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
For an ordinary passenger car, what determines whether you may use a reserved lane at a particular time?
Correct answer: The permitted vehicles, occupancy, days and hours
Why
Read the reserved-lane signs for the authorized vehicles, any minimum occupancy and the days and hours of operation. An ordinary passenger car may use the lane only when the applicable conditions allow it. Do not assume every bus lane, carpool lane or electric-vehicle permission operates the same way. An empty lane or another driver's actions do not override its signs.
