Ava holds only a Texas Class C license and drives for personal use. Which vehicle may she drive with it?
Correct answer: A pickup (GVWR 10,000 pounds) that tows a travel trailer with a GVWR of 8,000 pounds, for a camping trip
Why
The weight rating, not the actual load, decides the license class. Personal vehicles, such as large motor homes, can still need a Class A or Class B non-commercial license. A Class C license also covers an autocycle, but it does not cover a motorcycle.
