Why
NO OUTLET is a warning sign at the entrance to a road or a group of roads that has no other way out. You may drive in, but you must come back out the same way. If you do not need to go in, turn at another street. The DEAD END sign is similar, but it warns that a single street ends without a link to another street. A NO OUTLET area can have side streets, but none of them leads out.
Why the other answers are not correct
