Licensing & Test ReadinessStandalone practice
Your cousin is 16, lives in Nevada, and has a valid Nevada driver license. She visits Utah for two weeks. May she drive a car here?
Correct answer: Yes, with her valid Nevada license in her possession
Why
Visitors with a valid out-of-state or foreign license may drive in Utah for up to six months. A person who becomes a Utah resident, for example by moving here to make Utah home or by getting a job here, must get a Utah license and surrender the old one. Drivers who hold only an out-of-state learner permit may not drive in Utah.
