Passing target: 80% (20/25)
You reach an intersection that has no signs or signals. A car from the street on your left has already entered the intersection. Who should go first?
A approaches an intersection with no signs or signals. B has entered from the street on A’s left and is already inside.
Correct answer: The other car, because it has already entered the intersection.
Why
Under Nevada law, nobody has the right-of-way; the law only names who must yield. At an uncontrolled intersection, yield to any vehicle already in it, and yield to the vehicle on your right when you arrive at about the same time. Slow down as you approach so that you can stop, and do all you can to avoid a crash even when the other driver should yield.
