Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
On a two-lane road you are behind a slow pickup truck. You see a yellow pennant-shaped sign with the words NO PASSING ZONE. What should you do?

Correct answer: Stay behind the truck until the zone ends and passing is safe
Why
No-passing zones are set where the view ahead is too short for a safe pass, for example near hills, curves, intersections and driveways. Signs such as this pennant, together with the yellow center lines, show where the zone begins and ends. New Mexico law forbids driving on the left side of the road anywhere in a marked no-passing zone.
