Turns, Lanes, Passing & MergingStandalone practice
You plan to turn right at a diverging diamond interchange. How should you choose your approach lane?
Correct answer: Follow the lane signs and markings and use normal right-turn procedures.
Why
Read the lane-designation signs and pavement markings early. At a diverging diamond, normal right-turn procedures apply to the right-turn route. Use the designated lane and obey its traffic controls. Through and left-turning traffic use different paths, so do not select a lane merely by following another vehicle.
