Traffic Signals & Road MarkingsStandalone practice
You reach an intersection where this signal is flashing for your direction. What must you do?

Correct answer: Stop fully, then go when it is safe, as at a stop sign
Why
Signals may flash during emergencies, at night, when traffic is light, or at special events. Stop at the stop line, before the crosswalk, or where you can see cross traffic, just as at a stop sign. If a signal is dark because it is not working, treat the intersection as a four-way stop.
