Correct answer: C. Do not make a U-turn here.
Why
The red circle and slash mean that a movement is not allowed. Over a U-turn arrow, this sign means that you may not make a U-turn at this place. To go back the other way, drive on to a place where you can turn around legally and safely. This sign does not ban left turns. The No Left Turn sign shows a bent left arrow, and a combined sign shows both the U-turn and the left-turn arrows.
Why the other answers are not correct
- A. Wrong: the No Left Turn sign shows a bent left arrow, not a U-turn arrow, under the red circle and slash.
- B. Wrong: the red circle and slash forbid the U-turn; a closed road is shown by a ROAD CLOSED sign.
- D. Wrong: a Movement Prohibition sign forbids a turn at the intersection, not a lane change.
