Regulatory, Lane & Parking SignsStandalone practice
A moment ago, you turned onto a city street. Now you see a red rectangular sign with the words WRONG WAY in white facing you, and red reflectors on the lane lines. What should you do?

Correct answer: Turn off the street or get into the correct lane at once, when it is safe.
Why
Red reflectors on the lines always mean that you face traffic from the wrong direction. If you see red reflectors on the edge lines of a highway ramp, you are on the wrong ramp: pull over at once. Also remember that the white line is on your right and the yellow line is on your left when you drive in the correct direction.
